The Old Farm is in a rural setting.  Buses run from the end of the lane (4 minutes walk)to Gloucester and Ross on Wye.  The nearest railway station is in Gloucester (10 miles).

  • We are always happy to help carry your luggage.
  • Dogs are welcome in the cottages and the bed and breakfast.
  • Brochures and menus are available in large print or on cassette
  • We have staff who are trained under the Welcome All scheme


Farmhouse Accessibility
  • Parking for the bed and breakfast is around 25 metres from the house.  The parking area is gravelled and the path to the house is on a slight slope.
  • There is one step to enter into the house and 2 from the hallway.
  • The lounge and breakfast room are on the level
  • We have one ground floor room.  This has one small step within the room and a shower with a moderately high step to get in.
  • The stairs to the first floor bedrooms are polished wood and moderately steep

Cottage Accessibility

  • Parking is available for up to 2 cars immediately outside Eggleton Styre and Gennet Moyle and around 15 metres from Sweet Coppins.  The parking areas are gravelled.
  • Sweet Coppins
The kitchen is on the ground floor with five steps to the bathroom, six steps  to the lounge and five steps to the bedroom
  • Eggleton Styre
  The kitchen and lounge are on the ground floor, there are five steps down to    the double bedroom and shower room, eight steps up to the dining room and   bathroom and five steps to the twin bedroom.
  • Gennet Moyle
There is one step to access the cottage or the patio.  The kitchen, dining area and lounge are on the ground floor.  There are five steps down to the twin bedroom and shower room and 12 up to the double bedroom and bathroom.
